Welcome to www.spirilet.com (the “Site”), operated by 154321632 Canada Inc (“Spirilet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the products and services we offer, including our optional Spirilet Subscription Program. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, creating an account, or enrolling in any subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the Site or make any purchase.

These Terms incorporate our Subscription Program terms as Section 9 below and form part of the full agreement between you and Spirilet. We also maintain a separate Privacy Policy that explains how we collect and use your information; your use of the Site is governed by that policy as well.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence to use the Site or purchase any products or services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Spirilet provides an online store featuring astrology and spiritually themed jewelry, accessories, and digital products. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products, Orders, and Availability

All products and services offered on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for convenience and may be changed without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.

We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods via our payment processors Shopify Payments and Ecrypt Payments. By placing an order or enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including any taxes and shipping fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer, including foreign transaction fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipments are primarily handled through USPS or other reputable carriers, with delivery times varying by destination and carrier availability. We make every effort to ship promptly, but actual delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We will issue an immediate refund or reship the item at our discretion.

5. Returns and Refunds – Physical Products

We offer a 120-day, no-questions-asked return policy on physical products. Within 120 days of purchase, you may request a full refund for any reason. You are welcome to keep the item. If you prefer to return it, please ship it back to the address provided by our customer support team. There are no restocking fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after your request is processed. Digital products are generally non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Subscription Program terms below.

6. Customer Accounts

You may complete purchases as a guest. However, if you place an order or enroll in the Spirilet Subscription, a Spirilet customer account will be automatically created for you. You will receive an email with login details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, designs, product descriptions, and digital materials—is the exclusive property of Spirilet or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, or using any of this content without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our products and any spiritual, zodiac, astrology, or manifestation content are provided for entertainment and personal enjoyment purposes only. We make no claims, guarantees, or representations that any product or content will produce any specific spiritual, financial, psychological, medical, or personal outcome. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, therapeutic, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPIRILET, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY PRODUCTS, OR ANY SUBSCRIPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

9. Spirilet Subscription Program

The Spirilet Subscription is an optional, recurring program governed by the following specific terms (which form part of these overall Terms of Service):

1. Overview of the Spirilet Subscription

Spirilet offers an optional, recurring subscription program (the "Spirilet Subscription") available to customers worldwide. The Spirilet Subscription is an opt-in only program, meaning enrollment is never automatic and is always initiated by the customer's own conscious decision at checkout. The Spirilet Subscription is designed to enhance your spiritual journey by providing exclusive member benefits, monthly zodiac updates, and access to the Spirilet Savings partner network.

By enrolling in the Spirilet Subscription, you agree to all terms outlined in this section, the general Spirilet Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in the subscription.

 

 

2. Enrollment and Opt-In

2.1 How to Enroll

The Spirilet Subscription is offered as a promotional opt-in option on select eligible products at checkout. When an eligible product is in your cart, you will see a clearly labeled subscription offer presented on the checkout page. To enroll, you must:

  • Manually check the opt-in checkbox presented at checkout.

  • The checkbox is never pre-checked and requires your active, conscious selection.

  • By checking the box and completing your purchase, you are agreeing to enroll in the Spirilet Subscription and authorize recurring billing as described below.

⚠️ Important: Checking the opt-in box at checkout constitutes your express informed consent to recurring charges of $33.24 every 28 days beginning 28 days after your initial purchase date. This is a binding agreement to recurring billing until you cancel.

2.2 Eligibility

The Spirilet Subscription is available to customers worldwide. You must have a valid payment method on file to maintain an active subscription.

2.3 Account Creation

Upon enrollment, a Spirilet customer account will be automatically created for you if you do not already have one. You will receive an email confirmation with your account login details. Your account and customer portal are required to access and manage your subscription benefits. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

 

 

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Subscription Fee

The Spirilet Subscription fee is:

Every 28 days

  • Your first subscription charge of $33.24 will occur exactly 28 days after your initial enrollment purchase date.

  • All subsequent charges occur every 28 days from that date.

  • There is no free trial period associated with the Spirilet Subscription.

  • All charges are processed in USD. International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by their bank or card issuer. Spirilet is not responsible for any such fees.

3.2 Authorized Payment Methods

By enrolling, you authorize Spirilet (operated by 154321632 Canada Inc) to charge your payment method on file — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover — via our payment processors Shopify Payments or Ecrypt Payments on a recurring 28-day basis until cancellation.

3.3 Failed Payments

If your scheduled subscription payment fails to process:

  1. Spirilet will automatically retry your payment method up to five (5) times.

  2. Retry attempts will be made over a reasonable period following the failed charge date.

  3. If all five (5) retry attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

  4. Upon automatic cancellation due to failed payment, access to all membership benefits will end immediately.

  5. You will be notified via email of failed payment attempts and automatic cancellation.

We strongly recommend keeping your payment information up to date in your customer portal to avoid interruption of service.

3.4 Taxes

Spirilet charges in USD. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other regional taxes may be applied to your subscription charge depending on your jurisdiction. Any applicable taxes are in addition to the $33.24 subscription fee and are your responsibility.

 

 

4. Subscription Benefits

As an active Spirilet Subscriber in good standing, you receive the following benefits:

4.1 Monthly Zodiac Updates

  • Active subscribers receive monthly zodiac update content delivered directly to their registered email address.

  • Zodiac updates are personalized to your zodiac/starsign and are designed to provide spiritual guidance, monthly energetic insights, and manifestation focus points for your sign that month.

  • Zodiac updates are considered a virtual/digital product and are subject to Spirilet's virtual product refund policy and the no-questions-asked subscription refund policy outlined in Section 5.

  • Spirilet makes no claims that zodiac updates constitute professional advice of any kind — financial, medical, psychological, or otherwise. All content is for entertainment and spiritual enjoyment purposes only.

  • Spirilet reserves the right to update, modify, or change zodiac update content, format, and delivery at any time.

4.2 Spirilet Savings — Partner Brand Access

  • Active subscribers receive access to the Spirilet Savings Network, a curated collection of exclusive savings, deals, and offers from hundreds of partner brands, accessible through:

    • Your Spirilet Customer Portal, and

    • A third-party partner platform linked within your portal.

⚠️ Important Disclosure Regarding Spirilet Savings:

  • Partner brand offers, savings, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice to subscribers.

  • Spirilet makes no guarantee of the continued availability of any specific partner brand, offer, or savings amount.

  • Spirilet is not responsible for the products, services, terms, or conduct of any third-party partner brands accessed through the Spirilet Savings network.

  • Use of third-party partner platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms of service and privacy policies.

  • The composition and value of the Spirilet Savings network may change without notice and does not constitute grounds for a refund of subscription fees.

 

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancel Anytime — No Questions Asked

You may cancel your Spirilet Subscription at any time, for any reason, with no questions asked. To cancel:

  • Log in to your Spirilet Customer Portal and navigate to the Subscription management section.

  • Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

  • You will be shown a clear cancellation warning (see Section 5.2) before your cancellation is finalized.

Cancellations take effect immediately upon confirmation. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

5.2 Cancellation Warning

⚠️ Before your cancellation is finalized, you will be shown the following warning inside the customer portal:

"Warning: Canceling your Spirilet Subscription will immediately end your access to all Spirilet Subscription benefits, including Spirilet Savings and monthly zodiac updates. Are you sure you want to cancel?"

You must actively confirm cancellation after reading this warning. By confirming, you acknowledge and accept the immediate termination of all benefits.

5.3 Refund Policy — No Questions Asked

Spirilet offers a no-questions-asked refund policy for subscription charges:

  • If you are dissatisfied with your subscription for any reason, contact Spirilet customer support and a refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are available at any time during your active subscription.

  • Refund requests do not automatically cancel your subscription. You must separately cancel through the customer portal if you wish to stop future charges.

5.4 Re-Enrollment After Cancellation

  • Customers who have previously canceled may re-enroll in the Spirilet Subscription at any time when a subscription enrollment offer is available at checkout.

  • Re-enrolling customers start fresh — all previous membership data are permanently cleared and cannot be recovered.

  • Re-enrollment is treated as a brand new subscription with a new 28-day billing cycle beginning from the new enrollment date.

 

 

6. Modifications to the Subscription Program

Spirilet reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Spirilet Subscription program at any time.

  • Change subscription pricing, benefits, partner savings, or other terms with reasonable notice to active subscribers via email.

  • Discontinue or alter the Spirilet Savings partner network at any time without notice (see Section 4.2).

If Spirilet modifies the subscription fee or materially changes core benefits, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to changes, you may cancel at any time per Section 5.1.

 

 

7. Disclaimers Specific to the Subscription

  • No Guarantee of Specific Results: Spirilet makes no guarantee that monthly zodiac updates, spiritual content, or any subscription benefit will produce any specific spiritual, financial, psychological, or personal outcome.

  • Entertainment Only: All zodiac, astrology, and manifestation content delivered as part of the subscription is for entertainment and personal enjoyment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

  • Partner Brand Disclaimer: Spirilet is not responsible for and does not endorse or guarantee any third-party products, services, or offers accessible through the Spirilet Savings network.

  • No Medical Claims: Nothing delivered as part of the Spirilet Subscription constitutes medical, therapeutic, psychological, or clinical advice. Always seek qualified professional advice for medical or mental health concerns.

 

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spirilet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or any products/services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, your account, or any subscription at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
