Refund policy

We have a Thirty-Day Return Policy, so if you have any issues relating to your bracelet, you can return it to us, or replace it free of charge.

Sometimes packages can get lost or delivered to the wrong address due to mistakes by the courier. If this happens, please contact us and we'll issue a replacement free of charge.

You can cancel your order as long as the shipping label has not been printed. (Usually within 48 hours)

Customer's Responsibility: The customer is responsible for their order information to be complete & accurate. We are not responsible for an incorrect address, incomplete address, or a wrong item being ordered. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can edit your order to correct these mistakes. Otherwise we will only offer a replacement for this.
